AP Tech Services has been providing classroom and private trainings for over 20 years covering marketing, computing, and analytical topics. Since 2013, Ann provided successful Social Media 101 classes to over 80 participants. Many say they walk away with valuable tools and tricks they immediately applied to their social marketing plans. Online Marketing 101
Online Marketing 101 is an all day hands-on training covering the basics of social media and how to best utilize its tools to enhance your business or organization. The class spends half the day going through the in’s and out’s of Facebook from how to increase your “likes” to creating posts that garner results, creating call to actions, to how to measure all these efforts to see what’s working. Using Facebook personally, and using it to marketing your business are two very different things. You’ll leave this class looking at Facebook with a whole new perspective. 
The afternoon session covers a variety of topics from registering your business with Google (and other search engines) to choosing which social media outlets make sense for your business, to maximizing email marketing techniques and best practice to bring more business in the door. We also touch on website do’s and don’ts and how to monitor website traffic.
Class size is small, allowing for one-on-one training, while also a cooperative idea sharing environment.
Basic understanding of Facebook is required- The expectation is you currently have a personal profile and are comfortable navigating Facebook from your profile. It’s recommended, though not required, to have a Twitter and Instagram account setup prior to class.

Requirements: Laptop with wifi capabilities, access to company’s social media outlets, basic computing and Facebook skills.
